Transgender Welfare & Empowerment

Reshma Foundation believes in creating equal opportunities and empowering transgender individuals through social support, livelihood assistance, and community recognition. Special celebrations were organized to honor the transgender community during festive occasions by providing sarees, groceries, sweets, and essential supplies. Support was extended to strengthen economic independence through assistance for opening photocopy and small business centers, goat farming initiatives, and the distribution of sewing machines to encourage self-employment. In addition, efforts contributing toward mobility and inclusion enabled driving license support for nearly 100 transgender individuals. Through these programs, Reshma Foundation continues to promote dignity, independence, and social empowerment for the transgender community.
